- Bounce Rate: Aim for a bounce rate below 3%. This ensures your email lists are clean and accurate, reducing unnecessary bounces.
Prohibited Sending Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate account action:
- Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails without prior permission is strictly forbidden.
- Phishing: Attempting to deceive recipients by impersonating someone else to gain access to sensitive information is illegal and unethical.
- Illegal Activities: Using Sendrealm to promote or facilitate illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
- Malicious Content: Distributing malware, viruses, or compromising code through your emails is a serious security breach and will not be tolerated.
- Harassment: Using Sendrealm to send harassing, threatening, or intimidating messages is prohibited.
- Interference: Actions that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair Sendrealm's services or other users are strictly forbidden.
